Hempstead Town Receiver of Taxes Jeanine Driscoll held a Tax Forum on March 9, 2022 at the Island Trees Library. Receiver of Taxes Driscoll explained how residents can lower their property tax bills by applying for tax exemption programs, and also provided an overview of new payment features, paperless billing, payment reminders, tax discounts and more.
